Come to think of it, I should also just look in the front of my Bosch FI parts book and see if there is a Cadillac section. > A little more research bears the following: > > http://www.cadillacforums.com/forums/archive/index.php/t-18483.html > > Sounds a bit like the d-jet (as in, not true sequential FI, etc, but the > whole throttle body thing seems very strange.). None of the Bosch FI systems are true sequential, per his definition which I agree is reasonable. Also, I don't actually see the term D-Jet on that page anywhere. Sometimes, the only way to settle these debates is to get a look at the actual engine components. One thing that pops up on this page that bothers me is the mention of an oxygen sensor. There were never any D-Jet systems which used an oxygen sensor, at least to the best of my knowledge. -- Jim Adney jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, WI 53711-3054 USA ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
