Reach up behind the gauge with one hand and squeeze the two springs together with the thumb and middle finger of that one hand. It may help to push the gauge inward slightly with your other hand while you do this. When the springs are in, slide the gauge body out partway and then pull the black plastic bulb holder off the back as the gauge comes out of its hole. Do the clock much the same way, and do both of these first to give access from both sides to the retaining springs on the speedometer. On the speedometer, you must start by removing the speedometer cable.
