Like Constantino wrote, if the tires age is new then they would be okay to
use but if they WERE new 30 years ago (or 20 or 15 etc.) then I would not
recommend using them on the road.
I don't know what the T1 offset is but I do know it is different from the
T3. The T3 offset is 46mm.

Why new Continental tires will be of danger if actually put to use? These
tires were made in millions and earned excellent reputation.
