Honing & re-ringing might be your best option -- I've heard rumbling 
that the 83mm P/C sets
have gotten to be fairly hard to come by.

A lot of people just use the 85.5 sets and wind up with a 1600, partly 
because it's cheaper
and partly because nobody can tell without taking the engine apart.  
But for something
*that* early, I'd want to keep it stock
