Unless I knew that this side had a lot more miles on it, I'd do both 
sides just to get them both up to the same level. Both sides probably 
have equal wear. Replace the exhaust valves & guides and do all the 
seats.

Check first to make sure you don't just have a loose head stud or 2. 
It happens....
