My 71sqaureback needs a new left rear fender. I saw where innovations in fiberglass has made fenders for type3's has anyone seen one of these in person? Also when putting a new fender on a car, does the fender beading need to be put in with just notches cut out for the bolts or can you RTV the beading to the fender(where it is unseen of course) to prevent water from running behind it. My current fender had some rust at the top where water got by the beading.
