[T3] 32-phn choke troubles

I'm trying to get the choke on my notch working.  I've had it disabled for a
long time because I can't seem to get it to stop from sticking shut.  I
recently rebuilt the carb and thoroughly cleaned everything.  I lubed the
choke parts but no matter what I do the piston in the choke assembly gets
stuck at the bottom of it's housing.  Is there a special kind of grease or
lube I can put in there?
