Yes, has someone used a tank sealer in there? That's got to be done with care in FI tank as the fuel has a small gap to get into the inner cup. I've added a pic of the tank detail to the club website - www.hallvw.clara.co.uk/fuelsend.htm which helps you appreciate what's going on - it's below the fuel sender article. I'm not sure it would cause a hesitation in pick-up though. Dave.
