Oh,

I took that fact that bosch doesn't warrantee their rebuilds if you 
don't change the bushing, to mean that I should really change the 
bushing.

oh well.  at least it started all last week, and now, because of or 
inspite of the new bushing, should continue to start.
Also, I never knew that bushing existed before,  so as always, I 
learned something.
