no rust. It is missing the bumpers, front turn signals, and such.  
Interior is 90% immaculate. I've got stuff to fix up the other 10%.  
I've got a lead on the rear clip already, but I'll need $150 for  
that, plus money to have it welded back in place. As for restoration?  
I doubt I could do it proper justice on my limited income. I truly  
wanted it for a daily driver as I love the body style. I just hope  
that I can get this pea green soup can back on the road in time to  
start my new job! The director of my department is cutting costs &  
jobs. She has reduced me to 10 hours a week & threatened to cut me  
further if I am under-utilized. I work as a college tutor for the  
Deaf here in Phoenix. I have done it for 4 years, but recently we've  
had a 7% drop in student enrollment, budget is sagging, and they  
hired a bean counter to "right-align" our budget. She admits she  
doesn't know anything about education, or the disabled, but she knows  
how to run a department (insert into the ground!!) So, I am trying to  
find work while the car is waiting for a miracle repair. I have a  
lead as a Videophone Installer. I would install these phones for the  
Deaf to call one another or to call interpreters that would act as  
relay operators. The position would pay me per install and reimburse  
me for my mileage; hence, I need wheels that can get me about  
affordably, economically, and dependably. My little car gets about 30  
to the gallon. It just doesn't want to get me there anymore!
