That central plate, is your differential assembly. If there is silicone
around it, that means it has probably been out before. If it is not
leaking at that joint, you don't need to mess with it. It would be
differential grease.

It is mainly a dust shield, and air deflector. I wouldn't delay the
repairs due to it being missing, but I would clean the bolt holes to
make it easier to reinstall later, with the engine in the car. It is a
fine thread bolt.  I do have one of those plates and the mounting bolt.

Looks like you have a leak at the seal around the wire going into the
kick down solenoid. Should be one in your gasket set, but, I hate to
say, you will have to pull the pan to put it in. that plastic piece is a
kinda press fit with molded in clips to hold it.
