Here's what I have for the 74 type 4 with EC engine. This is all from the 71-74 
Without Guesswork.

DIN power: 72 hp at 4800 rpm

DIN torque: 13 mkg at 3400 rpm

displacement: 1795 cc

wheelbase: 2500 mm

max speed: 92 mi/hr for AT, 94 mi/hr for MT

I don't find anything about noise levels or weights, but the weight data is 
stamped onto the aluminum plate in your trunk.

I hope this is sufficient, but if they really insist on a scan of the Without 
Guesswork, then I think I can do that. It's just that the scanner is on a Mac 
in another room and I'm not used to it.
