Thanks Jim, yesterday I managed to find that same 71-74 "Without 
Guesswork" on ebay and they're shipping it to me 2nd day air (ouch). 
Then I talked with a guy here in Germany who has a couple decades 
experience with the Type 4 and he is going to fax whatever he has that 
might satisfy the technical inspectors...
