<x-flowed>Jim, are you sure it's a ferrite torroid and not a termite rhomboid because I've seen the termite rhomboids for sale at NAPA and they're pretty expensive but finding a ferrite torroid might be more difficult to come by. Or do you have an FAQ on how to build your own ferrite torroid?

You could make your own with an LED, a ferrite torroid, and a piece of wire. I suggested that to a friend recently and it just helped him solve a year-old problem with his Volvo...
