<x-flowed>Another thing gravity fed bleeding has going for it is not tearing up your master cylinder piston seal. During normal brake use the bottom of the cylinder bore is unused and gets rusty. Gravity bleeding avoids bottoming out the piston into this area and tearing up the seal.
