I thought most alignment jigs used optical sensor which were read from the front. You might want to just try another shop which might have a different setup. OTOH, it's possible that the change in ride height will have pushed some of the alignment angles completely out of range, so that it still can't be brought back to factory specs. I would expect camber and toe to be fully adjustable, but I think the caster will be way wrong.
