the problem is usually that when its lowered they cant even approach the factory settings for Camber and espeically caster. They may have not wanted to spending 20 minutes explaining why they cant align it and gave you an excuse. All you can do really is get the camber as close as possible, put the tow at the limit and let it wander around.
