I got mine done at George Oren Tires on E14th in Oakland.  They let me right
under there with my manual out so I could tell him which ball joints to
adjust and which ones the manual said to leave alone!  Mine is a stock ride
height, though.  Don't know how the lowering will affect your adjustment.
