Yah, with a stock mushy setup that is indeed a possibility. Again, only for properly-equipped "Darkside" folk... all-around Porsche 944 brakes (including MC) and all braided SS lines means that this isn't an issue for me. I actually tried to do this while bleeding the brakes... have one circuit "fail" (i.e. bleeder valve open) and still engage the other. 'Twas fine.
