The Classic Car Show is going on at the Portland Expo Center. Martin and I
went yesterday and spent 5 hours walking the SWAP MEET. Our grand total in
the actual car show arena was probably less than 30 minutes :D
Aside from the FIVE Pedrinni's (Porsche 914 ALLOY rims) for $100 I also

I have to give credit for Martin spotting them. They were spendy and, being
unemployed I should NOT have bought them, but we know how this addiction can
be... Anyway, thought I'd share my good luck.
We're sure it didn't look too good, two white boys (well, Martin is darker
than I but from a distance....) oggling over German WWII medals and badges
and such ;-) But being the only real 'foreign' car lovers we made out
pretty well -- yeay!
I'm going to use Martin's idea of displaying them in a picture frame. Hmm,
black or red velvet backing...? :-)
