I didn't think anyone used copper for brake lines but, to my surprise, a web 
search turned up lots of examples. It has good corrosion resistance, but it 
work hardens and cracks. There IS a copper-nickel alloy called Kunifer that's 
being promoted for brake lines, though. Is that what you mean? I'd love to see 
if I can buy it here, but the stuff I've read only talks about Sweden and 
Volvo. It looks like a great solution to the center brake line corrosion 
problem. Anyone know any more on this?

Nice looking car, but it comes up on my monitor looking blue.... Are those the 
spare parts you got with it? There's some nice stuff there.  ;-)

I was surprised at a couple of things here. No popout windows. I expected to 
see them on a 70. No pockets in the door panels, and don't the inside door 
handles look small? The interior vinyl panels look like what I think of as the 
very early (cheap?) style, with the little buttons that show and no wrap-around 
vinyl, but the carpet looks like the nice stuff.  

The antenna hole plug is still there; funny, I've not seen one of those in over 
a decade, and now this is about the 4th I've seen in the last 3 months....  

Are those orange straps for aftermarket 3-point rear belts?

I think they are all there. I use a somewhat longer length when I'm replacing 
the long center brake line because I can never seem to get the stock length to 
fit (and the size that's commonly sold these days is even shorter.) I'll look 
for these tonight. Does your LF hard line loop around UNDER the MC? (Does your 
MC have a port that angles down and right from the front circuit?) if so, this 
is the later, replacement MC and needs a longer length tube.  

Do your calipers have two hoses going to them. There's some brake feature that 
was a Sweden-only M-code that I've never been able to figure out what it was. 
It may have been special dual circuit calipers. Do you know where this car was 
first sold?

The half ring was in place in the US by 68, maybe earlier. I assumed this 
change was worldwide, sometime in the mid 60s. I can check the microfilm 
tonight.
