You're not trying to cut it off, you're trying to make it spin just a tad so 
that you can then use the driver to turn it the rest of the way out.

BTW, make sure to use a torque wrench when installing these. It's too easy to 
leave them too loose, and they make a mess if them come out when driving.

I have spare bolts, too.
