There ate 2 possible ways that this might have been done: 1) They could just be threaded studs screwed into the original threads in the disks/drums. In this case you should be able to just unscrew them and transfer them to your other car. 2) They might be standard press fit US wheel studs which have a head on the inside. These would have ruined the original threads, so if you want to do the same thing to your other car it would be best to just transfer the complete disks and drums complete with the studs. You should be able to tell which you have by looking at the studs where they meet the drums/disks. You might also compare the threads on your lug bolts with those on the studs.
