Jason, they are probably threaded in using a 7/32 allen wrench. I'd try
putting a little heat around where they screw in as the PO might have used
loctite on them when he installed them (BTDT). You should be able to use the
standard lug bolts on your steel wheels though. Yes the drums and hubs will
interchange from your fastback to your square. I hope this helps.
