Most of the 5/16" has the same OD problem. I've tried to find something smaller, but the only one I've found so far was a really nice one from Aeroquipt which was discontinued a few years later. I have another hose now from Parker, but it's upper temp limit looks like it might be a bit too low for us. I'm sure it would be fine most of the time, but I'm worried about the heat soak after shutdown in very hot weather. Russ, can you get me a sample of the OE hose you use at work, along with a maker and part #? Six inches would be enough.... There's got to be something out there that I can buy in bulk and make available for type 3 replacement use. -- ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org
