There's got to be something out there that I can buy in bulk and make
available 
for type 3 replacement use.

I too would be interested in buying some bulk quantity if you find a
suitable product and source.  I'm tired of buying it in little dribs and
drabs at my FLAPS and then not knowing if itâs the right stuff or not.
