I expect the vintage boys may know a source, but certainly a lot of manufactured things are metricated - maybe most of them. I know 8mm is available as I got some a few years ago for an emergency repair for the brake reservoir hose, but changed it for the correct blue hose when I got home. The problem is that it seems to have a rather thick OD. Dave.
