No, it's the factory crimped piece on the other end of that same hose.

Yes, sure. With a new $60 injector they throw in a free new piece of hose. Or 
you can just replace the hose for a few cents and about 10 more minutes of your 
time.

No problem, as long as all your injectors are the correct Bosch ones.
