Maybe, but they're not your problem.

Are you able to bleed the system? Do you get fluid out of all 4 wheels?

I bought some once just to see what it was, and I'm still not sure. I don't use 
it. This is also not your problem.

Did you make sure that both the small port drillings from the feed hole in the 
MC are clear where they lead into the main bore?  

You may want to loosen some of the line fittings just to see if you get fluid 
up to that point. If you have fluid up to some point, move on down the line 
until you find the point where you don't get fluid. You may find that you have 
problems with some of the rubber flex hoses  

You don't mention it, but is there any chance that you're losing fluid? 
Replacing a MC is a prime time to break the center brake line and this would 
prevent prressure buildup as all the fluid spills out on the driver's side 
floor.
