Yes, I was able to bleed the system, but only with a hand operated
vacuum pump from each wheel cyl. I got good clean (no bubbles) fluid
from each wheel. BTW I had some problems with fluid at the rear, but
then noticed the flex lines from the body and replaced them and all was
clear. Every flex line on the car was plugged solid. The car had sat
25+ years.

I can only detect one hole, but I did blow 100+psi air through any and
all passages and they are clear.

I've got the carpet out (rust proofed/painted the pan) and have checked
the main line to the back. I detect no leaks in it what so ever.

I pulled the MC one more time, and looked at the bore once again.
Looked a bit rough so I honed it again with a new "ball" hone. I
cleaned it up and re assembled it. This time, I can detect a vacuum
from the supply port if I push the plunger/piston and keep my finger
over the top "supply port". Not sure what this means, but at least the
piston and seals are making "suction". Hopefully they will now make
pressure. We'll see.

Thanks.

Steve
