Don't be silly, Peter.  I told the realtor that the house was optional. :-)
Now, I can finally get back to my type IIIs without my current landlord
freaking out on me working on stuff at his house or having to pay storage
every month.  I'm more than a bit behind, but I'd love to get one running
well enough to make Parma this year.  Might have to wait for part II of the
invasion...  Right now I'm praying to the mortgage approval gods.
