Yes, get out your Bentley manual and open up the body section its in the rear of the book, (last part of that section deals with the sunroof). Look it over so you can get kinda familar with its parts. You need to remove the crank handle first, after you've cracked open the roof (just remove the tension holding the rear of the roof up). Remove the front edge of the headliner filler panel (attaches to the sliding roof panel), and slide it back into the rear of the opening. Ok, now you can get to the roof hardware, slide the tang s out of the way, and remove the brass rods from the roof, then remove the 2 screws per side up front( don't loose any of the hardware, shims etc..) and then from the outside remove the roof section. Take the small screws that hold the track in place (note: you may have to remove a cover to get to 2 screws inside the car) and carefully remove the track taking the inner sunroof panel with it. Measure the amount of over hang of the 2 spring cables to get a rough location for reassembly. Remove the spring drive from the track and clean them in diesel fuel, blow them clean and dry and clean out the tracks. Grease every part of the track assembly on reinstallation. This rough outline will give you some ideas on how the sunroof mechanisim works. I hope this helps.
