What's their cheapest model? I thought the NB base model was cheaper than that. VW has always made good cars. Have you ever looked at the quality of the mid size American cars? They don't stand up to the same standards as VW's no matter what the year. I read that they are going more upscale with the new models coming out. I seen the 4 door they got coming out in the next couple of years at the Wolfsburg museum a few years back. It's awesome, but they are targeting the BMW/ Lexus/ Mercedes market with it. They still make economy cars for the European market like the Lupo, but for the most part their other companies are taking over the econo cars. I guess we'll have to stick with the classics and hope they realize what they're doing and get back to their roots the right way.
