If you're talking about the lower heat exchangers (I assume you must be), you may need to loosen the front joint and allow them to move a bit to line up. Of course, it's not always easy to do that if you've not undone them for a while. Hope the gaskets reseal after, or be prepared to remove them and put in new gaskets. An exhaust place would probably heat something red hot and bend it slightly to fit. Dave.
