I've noticed on the few cars I've dismantled in the last twelve months that
the Harness is outside on the Notches ('70 - '72 Australian) but in a metal
tube through the Rocker panel and yet on a '71 and '73 wagons (also
Australian) the harness is inside the passenger (RHD) area with only a metal
cover over them. I haven't dismantled pre '70 so I can't tell you what the
case is there.
