Re: [T3] FS 1965 1500S Notchback

Well.. masters for the 1500S are around $70 new and the rebuild kits are
around $25.. anything more and you got hosed. the froont wheel cylinders
are a stickler, but I have seen NOS ones SEVERAL times here the list and on
the AC group for around $25ea.

I seems that a nice paint job is what really increases the value, people
never get around to painting them and nice jobs take alot of work and
research as well as $$ to get. I never see the marginal paint jobs go for
much money even when solid and original. Here in the NE Id be happy to
just find a solid body and let all else fall where it may. It took me no
time at all to rebuild the mechanics of my 65
but reconstructing the remains of a rusted body took 5 years!
and if course if youve replaced all the 4üÙ§here's $1000 right
there! and the chrome.. $$$ too!
