Okay, Jeez talk about E-Mails. 32 of them today. Everyone needs a Notch, huh? I have several thousand dollars in this car. So NO I will not take $500 for it. I spent more than that on the Original brake parts. And again on the chrome. Runs and drives well. Stops like new. Registered and legal... Body is not rusty. Pan has been fixed. I have a cherry pan that comes with the car. I have built several type 1 and 2s. When I found out how hard it is to find stuff I gave up on this project. I get bug master cylinders for $13.95. I paid $125.00 for this one. Wheel Cylinders were $70 ea. I get bug ones for eight bucks. I am getting a 1962 bug tomorrow. I need the room. The notch had the seats covered with Jetta material. I found another set of low backs and back seat in another notch for $500 and got the whole set. So you get another set of seats too... First $3000 takes it home with all the type 3 stuff I got. I think that is fair.
