I believe there is also some health hazard, so use this stuff with caution and good ventilation. Avoid skin contact and breathing the fumes. A good way to avoid paint damage is to add your measured amount of Toluene to a nearly full gas can while at the other end of the driveway, then walk up to your car and pour this partially diluted mixture into the tank.
