I have a 72 fastback auto (FI) that tends to hunt at idle (with the
advance and retard hoses off the distributor and blocked). This
makes it difficult to set the timing- any ideas on this problem.
I have recently added a 'GEX' GT style extractor (the one with the
four chrome tips) does this affect the idling and/or timing.
