Make sure you're not trying to run with too high an idle.  Then check 
your charging system regulating voltage.  Keith has found some 
correlation with this problem and something drifting so the FI is 
running too lean.

I don't think so, but it's possible.  Did the problem start when you 
added the new exhaust?
