(Remove the switch before you epoxy it or you'll have a bigger problem) Try epoxying it while you look for a new one. You are lucky it is for a Notch, all type 3's have the same turn signal lever (by year) except the Type 3 Ghia (a problem I was facing untill I found a T-3 Ghia replacement lever). So look for a T-3 up to around (I think) '65 or 66 and the same lever should work. Anyone with a '65 or '66 can confirm this? (I'll look up the part numbers later for you if noone confirms.) Big Al
