If this will be a list of volunteers who will physically assist other 
members, we'll need:
   Name
   Rough location
   Day and night phones
   Areas of expertise, limitations, tools
   Parts on hand?

If it's to be a general registry, I'd have to ask for what purpose:
   Organize events?
   Track T3 cars, i.e. how many, type, where, condition, price ...?
   Introduce T3 owners to one another?
   What else?
(I'm not feeling negative here; rather, the various possible functions 
will entail different approaches and levels of commitment. What do you 
have in mind?)
