I'm about ready to take the 73 squareback off the road and pull the front end apart, but i'm baffled. I looked underneath and it seems that a great amount of ubber needs to be replaced (i.e.-bushings and bump stops, etc. I called everywhere and no-one seems to have anything. I have Bentley manual (too sketchy) and Idiot's book (too general) and I dont know where to start. Has anyone done this before? (lowered the front end by moving something a couple of notches...) and tightened the steering wheel free play. What did you do, EXACTLY? (Does someone have step-by-step procedures, or perhaps better pictures from amybe the Haynes manual?) Also, what parts do I need (besides, I'm sure, new tie rods as the steering wheel had to be taken off and put back on "crooked" to make it "straight" when driving. The car is drving okay, but this front end is really bugging me and I think it's time to fix and lube stuff before it goes out and before I install 8-spoke EMPI-likes...Thanks to all in advance. -Mark
