The two heat outlets under the rear seat are controlled by a forked cable that runs from the left control lever and splits to each side under the back seat. If you look under there you should be able to see the two cables as they leave their guide tubes and connect to the wires that operate the flaps. The mechanism is really pretty simple and I probably have anything you might need to complete yours. Did you say what year yours was?
