Black to Blue

Hi all,

I am currently in the process of rebuilding the engine in my '66 Square
and am also converting to 12 volt (my apologies to the absolute
purist's). My question is.... Is there a way to test the relay boxes?
The 6 volt system had the black box (called the dimmer relay / flasher
relay / headlamp - turnsignal relay depending on what manual you look
in). I have one from a '6 and it is Blue. So far it appeas that it is
faulty, although I am not sure that I have chased down each wire all the
way to the end. This box is located behind and above the fuse box. Any
wisdom is very appreciated.
