Just some words of caution here... Don't put anything that'll direct the rear passenger heated air *down*! Think about it -- if it'll melt tennies imagine what it could do to your carpeting. An electric heater may work assuming the heating elements have a low current draw (yeah, right!) as well as the fan that's needed to circulate the heated air. I really don't think the stock charging system could handle what would be needed unless the alternative heater was used only briefly. A ceramic heating system may be a better idea (energy consumption-wise).
