Starting with the nipple closest to the electrical plug, they are: Overpressure relief, goes to Tee and back to tank Output, goes to line to engine on driver's side of the car, possibly via a little "muffler." Input, comes from the tank (fitting with hex nut) via the filter. > Probably ought to check for fuel getting to the engine compartment first. > What's your advice? I agree. One thing at a time. Once you get the pump running then you can worry about other things. BTW, the pump should only run while the engine is turning over, or during the first second after you turn the key ON. You should be able to hear it. If you don't hear it buzz, then you have a different problem. -- ******************************* Jim Adney, jadney@vwtype3.org Madison, Wisconsin, USA ******************************* ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
