The upgrade to dual-circuit brakes is fairly easy and a major plus for 
safety. If you find a complete front end, I'd pull the MC and brake 
lines with it, as well as the brake reservoir and feed lines. While 
you're in there grab the body and beam mount rubbers, bolts and beam 
clamps, just in case.

=> What adjustments will have to be made for this job?

The only adaptation involved in the brake upgrade will be relocating the 
reservoir and running two large feed lines instead of one small one.
