That's the road to regret. Look more closely. The wire clips are thin and probably only the top will be visible. Push in on the door panel -- there's a big coil spring back there pushing the panel out against the winder -- get some light in there and look carefully at the shaft near the winder disc. Rotate the winder and you should see two parallel cross-slots and the top of the clip connecting them. You'll need a fine-pointed hook to get hold of it.
