I am 99% sure the baffle plate is installed correctly.

I just checked the 1/2 valves and both had slightly tight exhaust valves. After setting them I redid the compression check.

#2 went up to 120 psi......very consistent with 3/4.

#1 was still at 90-95 psi.  8^(

I just dumped the oil and will be yanking the engine tonight to check out #1 properly. I will likely go to the larger later breather while I am at it and try to take care of a few other little things. Likely would have pulled the engine to change the breather anyway since the bolts that hold it on or inside the mag fan housing.
